Nutrition & Health
At Napley Lodge Farm Day Nursery all meals and snacks are freshly prepared by our dedicated and experienced Kitchen Assistant in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage nutritional guidance. The meal times are a happy and social part of the day, where both staff and children sit together at the table in a family atmosphere.

Children are encouraged to sit at the table and use good table manners, whilst also being taught to use their knives, forks and spoons correctly. The children are also encouraged to try all food and drinks; however, individual dietary needs/choices are always taken into account.

The children have access to fresh drinking water throughout the day,
we provide open cups for our babies, toddlers and pre school children to ensure we are encouraging their independence and developing their communication and language skills. Milk is also offered at both
snack times.
