All about us
Where learning grows naturally.
Nestled in the beautiful Shropshire & Staffordshire countryside, Napley Lodge Farm Nursery is a unique rural nursery where children can explore, play, and learn surrounded by nature. We believe that every child thrives when given the freedom to learn through real experiences, from caring for animals to discovering the changing seasons around them.

Who are we?
Our nursery is set on a working farm, giving children the chance to experience the outdoors every day. Whether it’s feeding the animals, planting seeds in the garden, or enjoying woodland walks, our approach nurtures confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

We’re more than just a nursery - we’re a community. Our experienced Early Years team combine farm life with a rich learning environment to provide exceptional childcare and education for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Every day is filled with hands-on experiences that encourage imagination, resilience, and independence. Our natural setting inspires children to explore the world around them while developing key skills in communication, creativity, and teamwork.

Toddlers
Our toddler room provides a wealth of opportunities for the children to safely explore the world around them. They have access to a variety of resources and equipment that we focus around developing the children’s communication and language.
The toddlers environment offers opportunities for both free play and adult led activities that support the children’s personal, social and emotional skills.

Pre School
Our pre-school room has a wealth of inspiring natural environments for our older children to explore and learn through play. The room is incredibly well equipped for our children to develop their independence, self help and confidence preparing them extremely well for their next stage of education.
We are very fortunate to have 2 gardens in pre school, providing free flow opportunities therefore captivating the children’s desire to play, learn and explore the world around them.
